Easter Greetings 2022

"In my Father's house are many rooms ... I go to prepare a place for you" (John 14:2)

The Easter story is one of resurrection and restoration.  Of life out of death, of hope out of despair and of restoration through sacrifice.

In the recent floods, many have been left homeless, or in temporary accommodation while they await repairs. Many have lost all their possessions and are relying on the generosity of others. Likewise, most of us have known times when we feel lost, helpless, or forlorn.

Jesus spoke of heaven as a house with many rooms.  Moreover, there is a place prepared for all of his followers.  Through his sacrificial death on the cross and rising to life, he has provided the way to eternal life for us all.

This Easter, may that hope of an eternal home be real in your life and may the power of the resurrection bring you life to the full.
